It was released with artwork by famous in November 2017 not long after its internet premiere. Sadly, Fate Graphite was born with the seemingly worthless skill known as “Gluttony,” which curses him with an unquenchable hunger that will never go away. In a world where extraordinary powers known as “skills” exist and provide those who wield them power beyond their wildest fantasies. He spent his entire childhood being treated as a pitiful weakling because of this, but one day, while working as a gatekeeper, he killed a trespassing robber for the first time and learned the grim reality of his skill.

It turns out that gluttony is capable of consuming everything, including talents, which grants Fate great strength and level advantages. When Fate realizes his actual potential, how many lives will he devour to quench his appetite, and will the world be prepared for the terrifying warrior he will grow into?

Includes the following cliches:

Return for the Dead: Just moments after making his appearance in chapter 15, Holy Knight Rudolph Lanchester was launched skyward by Myne. Then, seventeen chapters later, he makes his second and last appearance before being impaled by the King’s elite guards and blinded by Mukuro, with his place being taken by Fate.

Cannibalism Superpower:

Underappreciated because Fate’s ability to absorb the abilities and stats of those he kills is activated by just taking their life, rather than requiring them to be consumed. In actuality, he uses his skill for the first time when he kills a bandit—a fellow human—who was attempting to kill him.

Dark Is Not Evil: Fate has the talent Gluttony, which lets him absorb the abilities and stats of anyone he kills, but at the expense of always being hungry and stuck at level one experience if he goes too long without killing anyone. He is an intelligent swordsman who wields the jet black blade Greed. He always wears black clothing and wears a mask shaped like a skull to highlight his bloodshot eyes during combat. However, he is one of the most truly nice guys you will ever meet. He becomes easily agitated around the female he adores, and hurting an innocent person is one of the surefire ways to become his next “meal,” regardless of whether he realizes it or not.

Hair of Gold, Heart of Gold: Roxy Hart, a Holy Knight and noblewoman, is a total darling both on and off duty and doesn’t exploit her rank, status, and substantial physical power as justifications for bullying others. She has stunning long blonde hair. She makes her first appearance on film, criticizing the Verrick siblings for their defiance of Fate and their disgraceful portrayal of Holy Knights.

Klingon Promotion: Rudolph arrogantly asserts that Mukuro’s lowly commoner status will never allow him to have a seat of the Holy Knights in his wildest fantasies. The king’s elite guards solve this by piercing Rudolph’s chest, granting Mukuro his seat.

Meaningful moniker: This is the second time that “Fate Graphite” has been given this moniker; it appears that Fate is constantly entangled in disputes and plots involving the Holy Knights and the other Mortal Sins. Among other things, graphite is a form of carbon that is common and useless in pencil lead but, given the correct circumstances, may be transformed into diamonds, which are costly and rare. The Hart family appears to be the Holy Knights’ White Sheep, and Roxy in particular is called Hair of Gold, Heart of Gold because of her appearance and demeanor.

Actually 700 Years Old: Myne is 4000 years old, while Eris is 3000 years old.

Sleepyhead:

Probably from lugging her warhammer, which is actually named Sloth, Myne sometimes becomes sleepy on lengthy trips and acts slow and spacey.
What You Are in the Dark: One of Fate’s first ideas upon discovering the true potential of his skill “Gluttony” is how he may utilize this newfound strength to exact revenge on his tormentors. Then, realizing that a small girl he meets has been abducted, he acts quickly to rescue her, realizing that he is capable of helping others when no one else would.
