Mahindra Bolero Neo+

The 2.2-liter mHawk diesel engine, which powers the Mahindra Bolero Neo+ 9-seater, is paired with a 6-speed manual transmission.

The 9-seater Mahindra Bolero Neo+ has been launched by Mahindra & Mahindra, with a starting price of Rs 11.39 lakh (ex-showroom). The car can be used for both business and personal purposes. Passengers in the third row have access to the rear for entry and departure.

The Bolero Neo+ 9-seater uses a popular 2.2-liter mHawk diesel engine from Mahindra connected to a 6-speed manual transmission. It is equipped with rear-wheel drive. The SUV’s body is made of high-strength steel and is constructed body-on-frame.

Signature Bolero features including X-shaped bumpers, a front grille with chrome inserts, side body cladding, and an X-shaped spare wheel cover are all present on the Bolero Neo+ 9-seater. There are side and rear footsteps, as well as 16-inch alloy wheels. A 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Bluetooth connectivity is among the amenities found inside the interior. A height-adjustable driver’s seat, an anti-glare IRVM, power windows on the front and back, and armrests are just a few of the amenities. The arrangement of the nine seats is 2-3-4.

Safety features including dual airbags, ISOFIX child seats, engine immobilizer, automatic door lock, and ABS with EBD are all included in the Bolero Neo+ 9-seater.

The Mahindra Bolero Neo+ is a new 9-seater SUV that offers a blend of ruggedness, affordability, and some modern features. Here are some of its highlight features:

  • Engine: The Bolero Neo+ is powered by a 2.2-liter diesel engine that produces 118 bhp and 280 Nm of peak torque. It comes mated to a six-speed manual gearbox.
  • Seating: As mentioned, the Bolero Neo+ is a 9-seater SUV with a 2-3-4 seating configuration. The second-row seats are foldable, and there are ISOFIX child seat anchors for added safety.
  • Infotainment: The Bolero Neo+ gets a touchscreen infotainment system, USB, Bluetooth, and Aux connectivity. The higher variant gets a 9-inch touchscreen, while the base variant gets a 7-inch unit. There are four speakers and two tweeters for the audio system.
  • Other features: The Bolero Neo+ comes with features like power windows for all doors, electrically adjustable ORVMs, a height-adjustable driver seat, a reverse parking assist system, a rear wiper and washer, rear defogger, and fog lights. It also gets Mahindra’s micro-hybrid technology and Eco mode for improved fuel efficiency.

Safety features on the Bolero Neo+ include dual airbags, ABS with EBD. However, it has not been crash tested by any major safety agencies yet.
