Rimuru VS Clayman

Clayman is pitiful all the way through. Beelzebub’s effortless consumption of his ultimate assaults by Rimuru allows him to continue being punched senseless. Rimuru performs Thought Acceleration on Clayman, proving that he endured what must have “felt like an eternity” of suffering. Ahh, music to my ears when he realized he wouldn’t survive and began pleading for his life. Clayman ultimately demonstrated that he was a clown all along. (Ba-dum-tss)

Although I felt the battle was a little too brief, it was unquestionably a moment of epic proportions. Rimuru was a fierce individual. Additionally, the animation changed to a lovely, fluid movement. When the opening music was added, I was giddy with anticipation!

Infernal Lords

The rest of episode 48 of “That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime” moves along somewhat idly. The Demon Lords converse while tea and wine are being served. It’s amusing how Luminus—the real Vampire Demon Lord, Valentine—is mistakenly revealed by Veldora and Milim as the maid. She wears a fantastic gothic appeal and has lovely heterochromatic eyes. I have no doubt that I adore her to the moon and back.

In addition, Clayman’s casual namedrop reveals more about Kazaream. Leon killed him and took control of the Demon Lord. Rimuru needs to exercise caution if he genuinely has been revived, which we know he has. In addition, Frey and Carrion choose to serve Milim rather than continue as Demon Lords! Her panicked reactions are hilarious and adorable. Frey’s request was admirably pure, but Carrion’s made me smile. After all, she did destroy his capital city.

The Most Powerful Clown

Finally, Laplace makes another intrusion attempt into Valentine’s realm. He discovers Hinata instead, abandoning the assignment. When Roy Valentine shows up and disparages Clayman’s death, Laplace becomes enraged. I was terrified as I observed everything that happened. It was a horrible killing, but a disturbing one as he laughs and cries over Clayman’s death. After this, we can establish that Laplace is someone not to mess with. It’s like my childhood trauma from Killlua (HunterXHunter) all over again.

A fantastic season

Overall, this season was outstanding. With all the meetings in the first half, it did get off to a poor start, but the Walpurgis developments made up for it. I adored how they talked about tactics, strategy, and the duties that come with having enormous authority. We then got to see everyone in action as the battle started! There was a lot of buzz each week. Of course, the start of Walpurgis is my favorite. I’m talking about how Rimuru stormed the dinner, beat up a bad guy, copied the strongest person’s spell, identified the gang, and then left. Epic, yes?

To be completely honest, I was hoping that Rimuru would continue to batter Clayman. He appeared to be somewhat frail in comparison to everyone in Rimuru’s army, let’s face it.
