The updated Maruti Suzuki Swift is scheduled to arrive in India in 2024.

Suzuki Motor Corporation, Maruti Suzuki India’s parent business, unveiled a concept version of the fourth-generation Swift at the Japan Mobility Show 2023. While India is a critical market for Suzuki, the Swift is a critical model for Maruti. It is one of India’s best-selling vehicles, with 103,000 units sold in the first half of fiscal year 24.

The redesigned Maruti Suzuki Swift is scheduled to be on sale in India in 2024. The automobile has received considerable exterior and interior changes.

The 2017 Swift gets a revised front end with an updated grille and new headlights with boomerang-shaped LED DRLs. The bumper has been modified, and new fog lamps have been installed.

The car’s side profile appears to be comparable to the current variant sold in India. Despite the fact that the alloy wheels are new. Everything else appears to be untouched.

The 2024 Swift has new LED taillamps at the back. The rear bumper, like the front bumper, has been rebuilt. The tailgate has also been changed. The presence of a camera on the grille, tailgate, and ORVMs is obvious, becoming part of a 360-degree camera setup.

The interior of the upcoming Maruti Suzuki Swift 2024 is unmistakably inspired by the company’s existing lineup. The Maruti Suzuki Baleno provided the temperature control unit and the infotainment system.

The steering wheel stays unchanged. However, the idea displayed at the Japan Mobility Show 2023 included ADAS controls on the steering wheel. The installation of ADAS in the India-spec Swift would result in a significant price increase for the vehicle. The instrument panel is still analog.

The Swift concept features ventilated front seats as well as a center front armrest. Don’t be shocked if both of these functionalities are included in the Swift 2024 in India.

One of the most innovative features of the showcase will be its use of AI-powered personal assistants. These assistants will be able to learn about each visitor’s individual interests and preferences, and then tailor the showcase experience accordingly. For example, if a visitor is interested in learning more about the Swift’s performance, their personal assistant could guide them to a display that shows the car’s acceleration, top speed, and other key stats.

Another key feature of the showcase will be its use of augmented reality. AR overlays digital information onto the real world, allowing visitors to see things like the Swift’s internal components or its performance data in real time. This will give visitors a deeper understanding of the car and its capabilities.

Finally, the showcase will also feature a number of interactive elements, such as driving simulators and virtual reality experiences. These elements will allow visitors to experience the Swift in a way that is not possible in a traditional showroom.

Overall, the concept version of the new Swift showcase in Japan is a highly innovative and engaging experience that is sure to appeal to car enthusiasts everywhere.
