Tecno introduced the Spark 20C in November, followed by the Spark 20 and Spark 20 Pro earlier this month. There was always going to be a fourth member of the family, one we thought would be fully revealed in January.
The Tecno Spark 20 Pro+ is the most expensive of the bunch, but there’s a catch. It’s already mentioned on Tecno’s official website, however without a full set of specifications.
We do, however, receive a lot of information about the phone. It is equipped with the MediaTek Helio G99 Ultimate CPU, 8GB of RAM, and 256GB of storage. It contains a 108 MP main rear camera with a 1/1.67″ type sensor, f/1.75 aperture, 3x in-sensor zoom, and a dual LED flash, as well as a 32 MP selfie snapper with its own f/2.2 aperture and dual LED flash.
It has an IP53 dust and splash resistance rating, a 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED screen with 120 Hz refresh rate, curved sides, 1,000-nit peak brightness, 2,160 Hz PWM dimming, an inbuilt fingerprint sensor, and a resolution of 1,080×2,436.
The Spark 20 Pro+ has a 5,000 mAh battery with 33W cable charging capability and runs Android 14 out of the box, which is really great at this pricing point.
Temporal Orbits, Lunar Frost, Radiant Starstream, and Magic Skin 2.0 Green are the names of the four colorways that will be available for the device. The last one has a synthetic leather back, while the others appear to be made of textured glass.
Tecno seems especially proud of their “self-developed” “Dynamic Port,” which is “Always-On, Never In the Way.” It’s Tecno’s take on Apple’s Dynamic Island, in case you’re wondering.
