The V30 Lite is the first smartphone in the V30 series from vivo. It’s also the first smartphone in the V-series with an even number, as previous models had odd numbers like V29, V27, V25, and so on.
The Snapdragon 695 SoC powers the vivo V30 Lite, which has 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage onboard. It ships with Android 13-based FuntouchOS 13, but vivo hasn’t said how many version upgrades it will receive.
The V30 Lite has a 6.67″ 120Hz FullHD+ E4 AMOLED screen with a peak brightness of 1,150 nits and a 4,800 mAh battery with 44W charging.
The smartphone has four cameras: a 64MP primary (with OIS), an 8MP ultrawide, a 2MP depth camera, and a 50MP selfie camera. A circular flash called Aura Light connects the two rear cameras. The vivo V30 Lite also has an in-display fingerprint scanner, an IP54 rating, NFC, and 5G connectivity.
The vivo V30 Lite measures 7.69mm in thickness, weighs 190 g, and is available in two colors: Black Forest and Rose Gold. It costs MXN8,999 ($530/€480/INR44,210) in Mexico, but its availability in other markets has yet to be confirmed.
